Inside Our Quality Control Process

Quality is built into the process, not inspected in afterwards. Our QC flow covers three stages.

Incoming material control

Every material batch is checked against the mill certificate, and hardness or composition is verified by spot testing when required.

In-process control

First article inspection (FAI) is performed at every tooling change. Operators run SPC checks on critical dimensions during production, and any drift triggers an immediate stop-and-fix.

Final inspection

Depending on your requirements we perform full inspection or AQL sampling (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4). Reports include dimensional data, material certificates and photos, delivered with the shipment.
